Foundation treatment: Confirm that the flatness of the bearing installation surface is ≤2mm, remove the concrete scum and polish it smooth.

Load matching: Check the bearing model and actual bearing capacity according to the design drawings (such as pot-type bearings need to confirm the vertical pressure parameters).

Positioning and fixing: Align the center of the bearing with the axis of the beam body, fix it with temporary bolts and adjust the horizontal deviation to ≤1mm.

Limit device: Install lateral blocks or buffer devices to prevent the bearing from sliding beyond the safety range under extreme working conditions.

Abnormal displacement: Loosen the fixing bolts, check whether the bottom of the bearing is empty, re-grout and level it, and then adjust the limit device.

Rubber aging: If the bearing has cracks or compression deformation>20%, it is necessary to replace the rubber sheet of the same specification and re-vulcanize and bond it.

Metal rust: Remove the rusted parts, apply anti-rust primer, and then weld and reinforce to ensure that the rotating parts can move freely.

Temperature adaptability: In high-temperature areas, the support needs to reserve a larger expansion space, and the straw mat should be covered for insulation after construction in low-temperature environments.

Regular inspections: Check the displacement of the support, the thickness of the rubber layer, and the tightening status of the bolts every six months, and record the abnormal data and handle them in time.

Shock reduction optimization: lay a polytetrafluoroethylene plate at the bottom of the support to reduce the friction coefficient between the beam and the support and extend the service life.

Inspect before installation: Confirm that the joint width is consistent with the design drawing, clean the debris in the joint and keep it dry.

Positioning adjustment: Reserve expansion amount according to temperature changes (generally reserve 3-5mm per meter).

Fixed installation: embed the expansion joint device into the joint, connect it with the embedded parts with bolts, and adjust the horizontality after initial fixation.

Sealing treatment: Apply sealant on both sides of the expansion joint to prevent moisture and debris from entering the movable parts area.

Deformation repair: If the expansion joint is stuck, loosen the fixing bolts, clean the rust and readjust the reserved amount and tighten it.

Water seepage treatment: Cut the aged sealant, clean it and apply high-performance sealing material, and the overlap width is ≥8cm.

Part replacement: Broken elastic elements or damaged slide rails need to be replaced with accessories of the same model to ensure freedom of movement.

Extreme temperature protection: Avoid exposure in high temperature environments, and cover with insulation materials after construction to accelerate curing at low temperatures.

Regular cleaning: Check and remove sand and dust in the seams every quarter to prevent wear of moving parts.

Lubrication and maintenance: Apply low-temperature resistant grease to metal slide rails or rotating parts regularly to reduce friction noise.

Surface treatment: Clean the dust and oil stains on the joints, wipe with alcohol to ensure dryness and impurities.
Mixing ratio: Strictly mix according to A:B=10:1 (volume ratio), and stir thoroughly before use until the color is uniform.
Construction method: Use a glue gun to fill evenly along the joints to avoid bubbles, and scrape the surface after filling.
Curing conditions: Keep the ambient temperature at 15-35℃, humidity ≥50%, and complete curing takes 24-72 hours.
