Construction Installation Guidance
Fix the waterstop at the middle position of concrete joint before pouring concrete, use steel fixture to fix to avoid offset during concrete pouring.
Ensure half part of the waterstop is buried in each side of two pouring concrete layers.
Avoid long-term direct exposure to sunlight before construction; store in cool and dry warehouse, prevent pre-contact with rainwater to avoid early swelling.
During concrete pouring, vibrate concrete fully around waterstop to eliminate voids and ensure tight adhesion between rubber and concrete.
Do not use sharp tools to scratch the product surface during installation, to protect internal hydrophilic expansion components.
