The water swelling waterstops include the molded type (PZ) and the putty type (PN). The molded type combines rubber properties and expansion characteristics, and can still seal through water absorption and expansion when the joint moves; the putty type has a high expansion ratio and strong self-healing ability, and can seal new cracks caused by settlement. The product is resistant to high and low temperatures, is easy to install and has a low cost, and is suitable for construction joints, shield joint connections, and leakage repairs. Compared with traditional materials, its expansion rate can be customized, the self-healing function is balanced to reduce later maintenance, and it saves the overall cost for customers.
