Industrial Rubber Pad

Industrial rubber pads are solid pad products made primarily from natural or synthetic rubber, without reinforcing steel plates or other rigid reinforcement layers, relying on the inherent elasticity and damping properties of rubber to achieve their function. Their most notable characteristic lies in effectively cushioning impact and vibration, distributing concentrated loads, and protecting foundation surfaces from wear or indentation damage.


These products typically come in rectangular flat sheet form, with thickness ranging from several millimeters to several tens of millimeters. Dimensions can be cut or joined according to actual installation needs. Material hardness and elastic modulus can be flexibly selected based on load conditions, to accommodate varying requirements from light equipment to heavy machinery. Some products can feature anti-slip surface patterns or positioning marks to further facilitate installation and use.


Industrial rubber pads are simple to install, requiring no complex connection or fixing processes, and can be placed directly between the equipment base and the foundation. Typical applications include machine base cushioning in industrial plants, vibration reduction beneath generator sets and compressors, foundation protection for heavy-duty shelving and warehouse equipment, and various support nodes requiring cushioning and vibration isolation. During equipment operation, the pads can work stably over the long term, effectively absorbing vibration, reducing noise transmission, and minimizing impact and fatigue damage to the foundation structure.
