Modular Expansion Joint

The modular expansion joint (GQF-MZL/C/Z/F/L type) uses heat-rolled single-piece special-shaped steel as the load-bearing and force-transmitting components. Through the collaborative work of side beams, middle beams, cross beams and the linkage control system, it can achieve a safe adjustment of a large displacement range from 80mm to 1200mm. Its unique advantage lies in the independent load-bearing system and displacement control system, with clear force distribution and no interference. This ensures both the structural stability under vehicle load and the uniform displacement and along the vehicle direction. It uses chloroprene rubber (CR), natural rubber (NR), or ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM) sealing strips, which have excellent weather resistance, anti-aging, waterproof, and dustproof properties. This series of products is particularly suitable for expansion joints of large and medium-span bridges.
