1. Preliminary preparation: Select the pipe diameter according to the ventilation volume, that the wind speed meets the specifications (the wind speed of civil ventilation should not exceed 8m/s); check whether the pipe material meets the fire protection requirements (such as need to use A-level fireproof material for high-rise buildings), and there is no rust on the built-in steel wire skeleton.

2. Installation steps: flange connection or zipper connection (canvas material), the flange connection needs to be sealed with sealing tape to prevent air leakage; the suspended support of the pipeline needs to flexible lifting ropes (such as steel wire rope spring shock absorber), to avoid rigid connection affecting the anti-seismic effect; a guide plate needs to be set at turning point to reduce wind resistance and noise; for long-distance pipelines, an expansion joint is set every 10 - 15 meters, to compensate for temperature deformation.

3. Precautions: Avoid excessive stretching of the pipeline during installation, to prevent material tearing; regularly (every six months) clean the inner wall of the pipeline, especially the kitchen exhaust pipeline, to prevent the accumulation of oil stains from causing a fire; in high humidity environment, it is necessary to wrap a moisture-proof layer on the outside of the pipeline prevent the inner wall from dew and mildew.
